"One Spirit," glorious Lord!

O blessed, wondrous word!

What heav'nly light, what power divine,

Doth that sweet word afford!

No longer now alone,

Thou'rt risen from the dead;

Thou dost Thy church to Thee unite.

Thyself th' ascended Head.

With deepest joy, O Lord,

We see Thee glorified,

Andknow thatThoudostlove Thy church,

Thy body and Thy bride.

 Now one with Thee above,

With Thee for ever blest,

Soon shalt Thou take us to Thy side,

Where love shall be at rest.
